When you send an enquiry, submit a property or a requirement, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, company, phone number, email address and the particulars of your requirement or property. This website also records standard technical information — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser — through server logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to source and present property options, to progress a transaction you have engaged us on, and to keep you informed of property and market information relevant to that engagement. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with parties necessary to the engagement — a landlord or occupier you have asked us to approach, legal or valuation professionals working on your matter — and with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality.

Your address and phone number on listings

If you list a property with us, its address and your contact details are never displayed on this website. Enquiries reach us first and are passed to you only once qualified.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to serve the engagement and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to further contact, by writing to the address on our Contact page. We will respond within thirty days.
