Property information

Listings and descriptions are prepared in good faith from information supplied by owners and from our own enquiries. Areas, specifications, rents, prices and availability change and should be verified before reliance; where we hold no verified figure we say “on request” rather than estimate. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises from it. Photographs marked “Representative image” show the asset class, not the specific property.

Advisory engagements

An advisory engagement is governed by the written terms agreed for it, including the fee basis, which is confirmed before any search begins. BigSpace acts for one party in a transaction and discloses any conflict before accepting an instruction. Our reports and opinions are prepared for the client who commissioned them and may not be relied on by others without our consent.

Professional advice

We are property consultants. We are not lawyers, chartered accountants or registered valuers, and nothing on this website or in our advisory work is legal, tax or accounting advice. We coordinate with such professionals on your behalf where an engagement requires it.
