Above fifty seats a managed office or a conventional lease is usually cheaper per seat over a three-year horizon. The crossover depends on your growth curve, which is the number we model first.
Can I scale up quickly in a co-working centre?
Only if the expansion terms are written down. Ask what happens if you need ten more seats in month four, whether those seats will be contiguous with your existing ones, and at what rate. A centre that can only offer you space on a different floor has effectively capped your growth without saying so.
